As a Customer Service associate, you will be able to solve customer questions and complaints by acting as the trusted advisor; you will be the voice of the customer. Through Chats, e-mails, and calls you will need to record all our customers interactions provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods. Your focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience and build customers trust during each interaction.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via calls, chat, and email. Ensure accurate, valid, and complete information to provide a positive customer experience and build trust.
Essential Requirements:
Proficient in English. (B2+ or Advanced)
Comfortable using computers.
Strong service orientation.
